The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the subway station and in a beautiful neighborhood. The rooms were great, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel team was very polite and respectful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the lively atmosphere in the main atrium and the well-equipped gym.

One negative aspect was the slow check-in process, which could have been more efficient.

We loved this hotel's location and staff. Lots of supplies in the room: a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. Enjoyed watching city from the window. The venue was located very close to the Maksoud Plaza and the center and Sao Paulo. Also, a bustling avenue was around the corner.

That there was a large convention happening during our stay, which made it a bit crowded and took away from the usual dining experience for regular guests.
